Systematizing Organizational Strengths

The Challenge

As a 30 year old organization, the challenges and opportunities facing WINPAC were multifaceted. They needed to pivot their fundraising strategy to accommodate pandemic-era restrictions and support the pro-choice community through a historic setback. The Board was tasked with managing their impressive legacy and simultaneously exploring new avenues to increase their impact.

Our Strategy

Stuart Collective partnered closely with organizational leadership to craft a roadmap to exceed WINPAC’s ambitious goals, and messaging that acknowledged the fight ahead while inspiring members to protect the progress made in Oregon. Our approach included a robust fundraising strategy, rebranding and launching a new website, outreach to engage coalition partners, and strengthening WINPAC’s candidate mentorship program in both rural and urban corners of the state.

The Impact

Stuart Collective succeeded in helping WINPAC double their annual fundraising, allowing the organization to distribute twice its typical candidate giving to support 20 pro-choice women candidates. Even more importantly, the systems that WINPAC implemented will ensure the organization can continue their mission for years to come.
